Little Miss A celebrated her first birthday with a cake smash on her actual birthday and a book party a couple weekends later. Complete with “wild greens”, “brown bears” and “goldfish”, and everything a caterpillar could eat, plus a few worms, the party was capped with a petit four tower and glass jars of milk for dessert. Guests were asked to bring their favorite book with an inscription in lieu of gifts and all were asked to sign A’s yearbook. At the door, guests were given pinwheels from paper back books and “read” buttons to add to their collection of flair.
