This is quite possibly the sweetest love story I know. It’s a true romance story.
They met on a train. In Europe. They both spoke little to none of the other’s language and they both drew on paper to communicate.
They kept in contact. They dated across the ocean, visiting each other’s homes – her’s was in Czech Republic, his was in Dallas, TX over two years of courtship.
From the story they told, they interweaved their lives together, even long distance, and on Labor Day they were married in his family’s church at Richardson United Methodist Church. It was a small beautiful, intimate wedding. His immediate family and grandparents attended. They planned to call her family that evening. The groom took instax’s throughout the day, and filmed the ceremony from the altar on their GoPro.
Everyone was loving, kind, and the exciting bubbled. His sister said it best when she said she was finally getting a sister.
And you could see she and he were both enraptured with the other.
